📊 Weekly Portfolio Update | Week Ending Sept. 4 Another week in the books. Here's an honest look at how my portfolio performed versus the market. Portfolio: -0.8% 🔴 S&P 500: +0.1% I underperformed the index by 0.8% this week, mainly due to weakness across several growth and enterprise software names. While it's never fun seeing red, a single week doesn't change my investment thesis. Current Portfolio (7 Holdings) - Intuit (INTU) – High-conviction fintech compounder - Salesforce (CRM) – Enterprise software & AI leader - Oracle (ORCL) – Cloud infrastructure and database giant - Vistra (VST) – Power generation & AI energy demand play - ServiceNow (NOW) – Workflow automation leader - AECOM (ACM) – Infrastructure and engineering growth - Zscaler (ZS) – Cybersecurity long-term winner What stood out this week? According to Simply Wall St DCF model, most of my holdings continue to trade below estimated fair value: - Vistra: 67.8% undervalued - Oracle: 54.4% undervalued - Intuit: 53.7% undervalued - Salesforce: 50.1% undervalued - ServiceNow: 47.5% undervalued - Zscaler: 34.5% undervalued - AECOM: 15.9% undervalued That doesn't mean they'll rebound next week—it simply reinforces why I'm comfortable holding them for years, not days. My takeaway Short-term performance measures volatility. Long-term performance measures decisions. I'm not trying to win every week; I'm trying to build a portfolio of exceptional businesses that can compound capital over the next decade. For now, I'm staying patient and letting fundamentals—not emotions—drive my moves.
